1 pound package of hickory smoked, sliced bacon from our Berkshire pigs.

*LIMIT* 5 lbs per order

Ingredients: pork belly, water, salt, brown sugar, celery & cherry powder.  No nitrates or nitrites added except for those naturally occurring in celery or cherry powder.  

USDA inspected and labeled pork.  Individually cut, vacuum packaged, and flash frozen.  Delivered frozen.

The best bacon I have ever had. My family really enjoyed the taste and I believe the meat to fat ratio is better than "off the shelf" brands.

Best bacon

As others have stated, this is the best bacon we've ever bought. We've received several co-op Bravo boxes and this bacon is always one of the first things to go. I hardly ever write reviews, but after having this bacon again this morning for breakfast I felt like I needed to share! We both always say, "best bacon ever" each time we have it.

Best bacon ever!

Fantastic bacon! I won't order nitrite/nitrate added bacon anymore so I'm always looking for uncured bacon. And to be able to get it from a local farm, even better. I threw this bacon on my pellet smoker though it wasn't really to smoke it. Just get it cooked. Needless to say, this bacon is sheer perfection! I will definitely be ordering it again.

Best dang bacon

Seriously the best bacon I’ve ever cooked. My brother, a bacon connoisseur since the age of five, said it was amazing as well. It is the perfect thickness and flavor. It will always be a staple whenever we host breakfast or brunch.
