200 lbs of dry aged beef

(The cost includes all expenses - approximately $1700 for meat and $500 to the small USDA inspected processors who cut, package, and vacuum seal the beef.)  

~60 lbs of steaks including:

8 bone-in ribeye steaks
14 NY strip, T-bone, Porterhouse, filet mignon steaks (14 total)
and a great variety  (30+ lbs) of top sirloin, top round, London Broil, flat iron, flank, skirt, and/or short ribs

~40 lbs roasts including: 

brisket, chuck roasts, sirloin tip roasts, osso buco, stew beef

~100 lbs dry aged ground beef. 

We're happy to substitute 1/3-lb burger patties for ground beef if you'd like.   

Bones and organ meat available upon request.

 

Beef is USDA inspected, vacuum sealed, and stored frozen.  Beef ships frozen and arrives to you frozen.
