BRAVO Angel Tree Donor - $50

The Bravo Angel Tree Program is a community-driven initiative aimed at supporting fifty families in need during the 2023 holiday season. This program is designed to provide essential, nutritious protein by offering donors the opportunity to sponsor a box of farm-fresh ground beef at a cost of $50 per sponsorship, following the model of the Salvation Army Angel Tree program.

How it works:

Donors express their holiday generosity by purchasing a $50 Angel Tree sponsorship here. This sponsorship is designated to provide an Angel Tree Box of farm-fresh ground beef, weighing between 10-14 lbs, capable of preparing approximately 50 meals. We have fifty families identified as the "angels" who will be recipients the box of ground beef from our farm.

The Angel Tree program respects the privacy of both donors and recipients. All donations and recipients are kept anonymous.  As a donor, if you'd like to include a message in the Angel Tree box, please leave it in the box above and we'd be happy to include within the box of meat!  We will also include a small card with a warm holiday message of community support.

We'll be distributing these boxes on the week before Christmas!  We'll coordinate and cover all logistics & delivery costs.

Angels remaining: 11!!

We'll keep a countdown here (updated every evening) and on social media pages with how many angels are left on the tree!  We're aiming for fifty donors to provide fifty families with an Angel Tree box of ground beef.   

Identification of Families in Need -

• 20 families through Salvation Army Kitchen of Eden, NC.  We have an existing relationship with the incredible staff at this community outreach facility -- we have donated >1000 lbs of ground beef to this community soup kitchen to feed the hungry in 2022-23.  We're working with the director to identify local families for the Bravo Angel Tree program.
• 20 families through NC A&T Outreach in east Greensboro, NC.  We have an existing relationship with faculty and extension members at A&T because of our mutual interests in outdoor pig production and the NC A&T research farm.  Our contacts at A&T have identified local families in east Greensboro for the Bravo Angel Tree program this holiday season.

Bravo Steaks is committed to community involvement!  By combining the warmth of anonymous giving with the practical support of nutritious meals, the Angel Tree program brings the community together to uplift those in need during the holiday season.

This special Angel Tree initiative is above and beyond our commitment that for every order of beef or pork we ship to you, we donate one pound of beef or pork to our neighbors who are facing poverty and food insecurities.
