2 Packs of All-Beef Chorizo

Savory and spicy all-beef chorizo made from 21-day dry aged ground beef.  Our chorizo is raw loose meat packaged in one pound packages.  Please note that our chorizo not in a link or casing.  Each pound of our beef used for chorizo originates from the beef of a single animal.

Each pound is individually vacuum packaged and flash frozen. Beef is USDA inspected and labeled.  Delivered frozen.
