1 lb package of fully cooked eastern NC style pork barbecue made from our Berkshire pork.
Eastern NC's iconic pork barbecue is vinegary with a hint of spiciness. It is chopped/shredded, ready to eat, and frozen in one pound packs.
Directions for heating: submerge the entire sealed frozen package in a pot of boiling water for 12-14 minutes. Carefully remove from the hot water - use caution! Open the package, fluff with a fork, and serve!
Ingredients: Berkshire pork from Bravo Steaks, apple cider vinegar, salt, crushed red pepper.
