  • 3 lbs eastern NC style barbecue made from our Berkshire pork (fully cooked, packaged frozen in 1 lb packs, ready to serve in ~12 minutes)
  • 6 lbs dry aged ground beef in one pound packages

Emily's Boxes ship for FREE to NC, SC, and VA.  Any additional items added to these boxes also ship with no added charge.  Standard shipping rates apply to all other states. 

Beef and pork is USDA inspected, vacuum-sealed, and frozen.

I love buying my meat from Bravo Steaks! The beef and pork are delicious! John and Emily provide excellent customer service and support. The fully cooked barbecue is so easy to heat up on nights that I don't have much time to cook. I highly recommend this farm!

Best local beef & barbecue!

I love buying high quality products from a local farm that practices regenerative agriculture. The meat is much better tasting and better for me than what is generally available in grocery stores. Got to be N.C.! PS…cube steak please? ❤️
