8 oz flat iron steak.  This is the second most tender cut in the entire beef animal - second only to the filet mignon!  Flat irons are lean, great on the grill, and excellent as a healthy protein atop a steak salad!  Be sure to slice against the grain for the most tender bite!

21-day dry aged beef.  Hand cut, vacuum packaged, and flash frozen.  USDA inspected and labeled.  Delivered frozen.
