400 lbs of dry aged beef
(The cost includes all expenses - approximately $3600 for meat and $800 to the small USDA inspected processors who cut, package, and vacuum seal the beef.)
~120 lbs of steaks including:
16 bone-in ribeye steaks
28 NY strip, T-bone, porterhouse, or filet mignon steaks
and a great variety of top sirloin, top round, London Broil, flat iron, flank, skirt, and/or short ribs
~80 lbs roasts including:
brisket, chuck roasts, sirloin tip roasts, osso buco, stew beef
~200 lbs dry aged ground beef.
We're happy to substitute 1/3-lb burger patties for ground beef if you'd like.
Bones and organ meat available upon request.
Must be picked up at a mutual location in central NC.
Beef is USDA inspected, vacuum sealed, and stored frozen. Beef ships frozen and arrives to you frozen.
