Two 1+ pound packages of hickory smoked Andouille sausage links.  These 6-inch links are a fully cooked sausage with a Cajun kick made from our Berkshire pork.

Sausage is frozen in packs of 4 to 6 links per one pound package.  Delivered vacuum sealed and frozen.

Fantastic!

We have ordered this several times and really enjoy the favor of it on a pan with vegetables. Their meats are so great, much better than grocery store!

Got this in my last box, of course the first dish I made with it is, Shrimp and Andouille Gumbo! Very tasty! Just the right amount of spice and smoke! Will make some Andouille Po Boys next! I recommend this sausage for your next box, you will not be disappointed! I guarantee!!
