From our pastures
Our herd of cattle spend their entire lives on pasture. We finish cattle on pasture and barley-based diet, and our beef is dry aged at a USDA inspected processor for 21 days. Our customers applaud the flavor and tenderness of dry aged beef from Bravo Steaks.
Our purebred Berkshire pigs are also raised outdoors and on pasture. The marbling, tenderness, and flavor of Berkshire pork is outstanding!
We are committed to raising beef cattle and pigs conscientiously in eastern North Carolina. We breed, raise, wean, and grow our Angus-based beef cattle and Berkshire pigs. It's hard, physical work in all types of weather! From breeding season to the beef and pork on your grill, the whole process is a time commitment and worth the extra effort. Bravo Steaks is our final product, made available to you and shipped directly to your doorstep by us.
