2 Packs of Dry Aged Stew Beef

Two 1 lb packages of stew beef, pre-cut from our dry aged roasts into 1-2 inch chunks.  

Stew beef is great for soups, steak chili, slow cooker meals, beef stroganoff, and of course, beef stew!

21-day dry aged beef.  Individually cut, vacuum packaged, and flash frozen.  Thanks to the strong vacuum seal that keeps the pieces tightly packed/sealed, this package of beef has the external appearance of one solid piece of meat!  USDA inspected and labeled.  Delivered frozen.
