Two individually packaged 8-12 oz flank steaks.  The flank steak is a popular lean cut that marinates very well.  Be sure to cut it thinly against the grain for flavorful sliced steak.  Perfect for stir-fry and steak salads.  

 

21-day dry aged beef.  Hand cut, individually vacuum packaged, and flash frozen.  USDA inspected and labeled.  Delivered frozen

As hoped for!

This flank steak exceeded expectations! By that I mean it was an excellent flank steak! This cut of meat does need the right preparation as it's not a filet obviously. I did the meat quickly with avocado oil and Paul Prudhomme's Steak Magic in a cast iron pan. Super hot and fast left the meat with a nice char and medium rare on the inside. I might try a marinade next time as it had a bit of chew to it but again, not filet. I have a filet and other cuts from Bravo so I'm slowly working through them all. So far, everything is great!
