Baby Back Ribs (2-pack)

Two racks of baby back ribs from our Berkshire hogs.  Each rack of baby back ribs is 1 to 1.6 lbs - please note this size.

Baby back ribs are tender, smaller than spareribs, and a little leaner than spareribs.  Our favorite way to cook them is on the smoker or grill, but I've also made them in the oven.
