Whole Picanha - 2-2.5 lbs

Whole beef picanha, aka sirloin cap, is a special treat.  We typically offer picanha steaks, but the craft butcher left several picanhas whole and we're offering them as a 2-2.5 lb whole picahna.

Traditionally prepared on a skewer in churrasco style, picanha is a centerpiece of Brazilian grilling culture. 

Picanha is very tender and has a great balance between lean muscle and succulent fat.  It is ideal for slicing into your own picahna steaks, grilling, or roasting whole.
