1 inch thick bone-in Berkshire pork chops, cut from the center portion of the hog.  These beautiful Berkshire pork chops are phenomenal.   

TWO bone-in pork chops per pack, approximately one pound per 2-chop package. 

USDA inspected and labeled pork.  Individually cut, vacuum packaged, and flash frozen.  Delivered frozen.
