Farmer's Table Bundle

Wondering what we're cooking this season? This bundle includes 10-12 lbs of rotating farm favorites, from everyday staples like ground beef and pork sausage to special cuts for special seasonal meals with local veggies from our garden (or our friends' gardens!).

An example 10 lb medley I would pack for you in this surprise variety box is:

1 lb thick-cut bacon, 2 dry aged NY strips, 3 lbs dry aged ground beef, 1 lb ground lamb, 1 lamb shoulder roast, 1 lb pork bratwurst, 1 lb pork breakfast sausage.

With this example box, if it was up to me -- I'd plan to cook my favorite beef+lamb meatloaf (the best combo), spaghetti night with ground beef, BLTs with bacon and fresh garden tomatoes, slow cooked lamb shoulder barbacoa bowls, grilled brats and roasted root veggies, homemade pizza made with the sausage, smash burgers, and steak night with grilled NY strip steaks.
