Box contents will vary - we include an excellent assortment that can be used for many delicious meals by the recipient!  An example box is pictured here but each box will vary!  Here's what's in the photo of a regular beef/pork assortment: three 1-lb packs of dry aged ground beef, 1 chuck roast, 2 picanha sirloin steaks, 1 lb mild pork sausage, 4 bratwurst links, 1 lb thick-cut Bravo bacon, and 1.5 lbs of flank steak.
